- Members include AIPPI members from three countries: Korea, China, and Japan.
- Observers refer to individuals who do not qualify as Members.
- In-house professionals affiliated with a corporate entity (excluding law firms and service providers), whether members or observers, are eligible for a 50% discount on the registration fee; however, this does not apply to excursions or golf.
- Accompanying Family Person must be a family member or partner of either a Member or an Observer. Office colleagues are not considered Accompanying Family Person.
- Excursions and golf are optional.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Secretariat.
- If cancellations are received by May 30, 2025, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after June 1, 2025.
- Refunds will be processed after the end of the Meeting for administrative reasons, and financial charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.

- Individuals requiring a visa for entry into Korea are kindly requested to contact aippior@korea.com for an invitation letter.
